Adventure sends orders via Royal Mail and other national couriers.

By making a payment for your order, it is assumed that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Print sizes and ratios
Please note that due to different print sizes/products offered, images may be cropped at a different ratio than the one displayed on screen.
Payments are processed through our Worldpay account, and you will be transferred to their secure pages to finalise payment. Please note that as all items are produced to your specific order, payment will be charged to your card as soon as the order is placed, not at the point of dispatch.
Whilst we aim to process and dispatch orders within a few days, to ensure the maximum level of quality in all processing, please allow a period of up to 28 days for delivery in Mainland Britain. For all International orders (all destinations outside of mainland Britain), please allow a period of up to 28 days. This includes all processing, framing, packaging and distribution.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order we will refund your credit / debit card in full. We do not offer any refunds for delayed or lost orders. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been opened. We try our best to make sure that all of our orders are delivered correctly. Because of this, our mail is trackable and we receive map confirmations as to where and when the order has been delivered. We can not provide any refunds or reprints for items that have been successfully delivered to the address provided, yet claim not to have been. We can provide evidence of the delivered item should this be requested.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Adventure but we know you may sometimes need to return an item. As items are bespoke and manufactured to your request we will not be able to offer you a refund if you change your mind after we have completed the manufacturing process unless the item supplied is not as described on our website. If you have made an error with your order please contact Adventure as soon as possible after you have placed your order and we will endeavour to help in any way we can. If a product arrives and it is faulty please contact Adventure explaining your problem within 7 days and we will replace the item. You will be asked to return the faulty product to your child’s school or return it directly to Adventure. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
